WHAT IS SHAREX?
The SHAREX project empowers art and cultural professionals to share digital exhibitions
beyond their physical spaces. Co-financed by the European Union in 2016, this initiative elevates digital exhibition productions, curations, and collaborative opportunities amongst different organisations.
Based upon WallMuse app, digital exhibitions can efficiently manage synched displays, accommodating various formats
by managing different rights, including copyright. The app proposes digital exhibitions of:
- images, paintings, and photography (2D),
- artefacts, sculptures and installations (3D),
- videos, and performances (4D), and
- interactive art using HTML/JavaScript eventually with sensors (5D).
Encrypted download and/or streaming channels are provided.
- The download channel facilitates complementary usage for PCs and their monitors/projectors, particularly
useful for collective or immersive experiences. - The steaming channel extends to Smart TVs and Handhelds.
Together, the synched multiple displays aim to enhance artistic and cultural presentations by providing flexibility
in display usages.

1. The WallMuse App
Enabling diverse audiences to access exhibitions, cultural heritage, and performances
The WallMuse App ic composed of Explore, Curate, Subscribe and About submenu sections. The Explore section is composed of the streaming player, playlists management and the catalogue with the various exhibitions, using a freemium approach.
The Curation enables to Add content and Curate these among a time-line upon various tracks. In the left section of the Curation planning part, content can be added, but also curations as well as a Tool that can be programmed in JavaScript for new usages/experiences.
2. Your Custom App
Explore the seamless integration of WordPress with WallMuse’s DRM and multi-display capabilities.
Custom sites may include:
- Media libraries
- Education and learning platforms
- Collections of scientific images and films
- Archives of photos and reportages
- Projects requiring Copyright and/or Creative Commons management (DRM) for media protection
- Business models: freemium, participative, patrons and/or sponsors
Custom Tools can help create new user experiences.The processes use HTML, JavaScript code to interact with different
tracks, the timeline or the contents.
3. Professional Services
Captures and workflows include:
- Image parallax/2.5D processing, a technique that creates a 3D – like effect in a two – dimensional
painting.It involves distinguishing various visual elements by placing them on separate layers within a
painting. - 3D interactive videos require RTK high precsion drone footage and used for land art, installations, cultural
heritage. Legal drone aspects as licensed and insured. - Multiple synched full frame and 360 captures, enabling various post-production avantages, are usefil for
performances and cultural heritage restitutions. - 3D and video integrations using AI for immersive productions
- AI generative translations services, especially for video captations
